Recipe:
- Add the Stock into the Pot and let it come to a Boil
- Add the parboiled Rice to the stock and cook until the water is dried up
- In a wok or skillet add the oil
- Saute the Onions for some seconds, add the scallions, mixed vegetables and the seasonings ( Thyme, Curry Powder, Salt and Stock Cube)
- Add the rice and stir-fry for about 2 Minutes
- Take it off the heat and serve
- You can eat with any Meat or Fish of your choice, Salads, Coleslaw………ENJOY!
