  1. Add the Stock into the Pot and let it come to a Boil
  2. Add the parboiled Rice to the stock and cook until the water is dried up
  3. In a wok or skillet add the oil
  4. Saute the Onions for some seconds, add the scallions, mixed vegetables and the seasonings ( Thyme, Curry Powder, Salt and Stock Cube)
  5. Add the rice and stir-fry for about 2 Minutes
  6. Take it off the heat and serve
  7. You can eat with any Meat or Fish of your choice, Salads, Coleslaw………ENJOY!
